A separate registration fee is charged for pre-conference workshops held on May 11. You may register only for a pre-conference workshop if you can't attend the whole conference.
One-day registration rates will be available for community-based participants from the New Orleans, LA area (i.e., individuals who are not employed by an institution). One-day registrants gain full access to all conference activities taking place that day.
CCPH members can register for the conference at the member-discounted rate. If you are not a CCPH member, join today or become a member when you register for the conference.
We welcome the participation of partners, significant others, and other guests of conference registrants at receptions and meal times. Guests may not attend the conference sessions and workshops. The fee for guests covers the cost of their meals during the conference.
Session organizers, moderators and presenters are required to register for the Conference.
CCPH is committed to making the conference accessible to all. In order for CCPH to anticipate individual needs we ask that you indicate that information in the space provided on the registration form.
Conference registration payments may be made in US dollars by cash (on-site registration only), check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). The online registration form will have detailed instructions.
CCPH's Bobby Gottlieb Scholarship Fund provides scholarships for those unable to participate in CCPH events and programs without financial assistance. Individuals traveling to the conference from the U.S. or Canada may request support from the Fund to partially defray registration, travel and/or lodging expenses. In making a final selection among worthy applicants, a priority will be placed on grassroots community leaders and/or individuals from community-based organizations who are (a) first time attendees or (b) conference presenters.

Requests for refunds will not be honored. If you are unable to attend the Conference, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place or apply the fee towards a future CCPH conference or webinar. If you will be sending someone in your place, please email Shelly Tolo, CCPH Conference Organizer, as soon as possible to be sure the person is sent confirmation materials and included in the conference list of participants. If you are unable to find a substitute, your payment will be recognized as a tax-deductible donation to CCPH.
