Q: How do I join or renew my membership?
A: You can join CCPH or renew your membership online here. We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express as payment.

Q: Are the people named on a CCPH Organizational Membership required to all be employed by the organization?
A: No. In fact, we encourage Organizational Members to include on their membership staff, volunteers, students, partners and others involved in their work! When you join as an Organizational Member, our online form will provide a space for you to provide contact information for the individuals associated with the membership. This will ensure they all receive benefits.

Q: Is it possible to join CCPH for several years at once?
A: Yes! To join as a multi-year member, please contact our membership coordinatorWe would be happy to help you with a multi-year membership transaction.

Q: Our organization requires a vendor form/ W-9/ Federal Taxpayer ID number from CCPH in order to become a member of CCPH. How do I get that information?
A: Our Federal Taxpayer ID number is 94-3285533. If you need a completed W-9 form, please contact our membership coordinator.

Q: Is it possible to join CCPH if I’m not located in North America?
A: CCPH welcomes members from any nation or country. Every year, more members from around the world are attracted to the unique benefits, professional development and networking offered through CCPH. We embrace the opportunity to share models and resources that can be used anywhere in the world where communities and campuses are collaborating to advance health equity and social justice.

Q: I’m subscribed to one of your listservs. Why should I pay to join CCPH?
A: At CCPH, we believe that knowledge is power and it should be freely shared. This is why our listservs and website are openly available, and why we are often the first organization to get the word out about resources that support community-campus partnerships. Dues-paying members of CCPH gain access to valuable members-only discounts on events, publications and technical assistance, along with time-sensitive announcements targeted to their interests. Your modest investment as a member of CCPH allows us to continue to serve as a resource for service-learning, community-based participatory research, and community-campus partnerships more broadly that are working to advance health equity and social justice. Together we can make a difference in the health of our communities!
